In this diverse role you will proactively and efficiently support our Relationship Managers in advising and serving our sophisticated clients.

Your main responsibilities will include in particular:

Taking on organisational and administrative tasks as part of comprehensive office management, particularly in the areas of correspondence, documentation, agenda management and compliance

Independently preparing and following up on client and acquisition meetings, as well as gathering relevant information

Monitoring client portfolios with regard to maturities and outstanding pending items

Receiving and independently processing orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payments

Your profile
We are looking for a committed, service‑oriented and responsible personality with a strong client focus and high quality standards.

Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial vocational training

Several years of practical experience in private banking and in servicing private banking clients

Experience with cross‑border client relationships and good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as MiFID, KYC, AML and FIDLEG

Strong service orientation, initiative, and a structured and reliable way of working

An empathetic personality with excellent manners and strong communication skills

Fluency in German as well as good knowledge of French and English
