Senior Design Director — Girls Sleepwear & Basics

SBH Fashion is seeking a Design Director for Girls Sleepwear & Basics in the Off-Price division. You will lead the creative direction and product development for these categories, driving trend-right, commercially viable assortments while mentoring a team of four designers and PD professionals.
You'll partner with merchandising, sales, sourcing, and production to ensure concepts are executed efficiently, maintaining brand integrity and margin targets across off-price retailers.
