Overview Role Overview Repligen is building a best-in-class in-house marketing agency to accelerate the speed, creativity, and performance of global marketing execution. The Marketing Program Design Specialist is a highly execution-focused, creative, and AI-enabled marketer responsible for bringing integrated campaigns to life across channels. The Marketing Program Manager translates strategic marketing direction into compelling campaign assets, digital experiences, and tactical deliverables that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This role operates at the intersection of creative design, campaign execution, and AI-powered productivity, delivering high-quality output at scale within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities Campaign & Tactical Execution: Execute integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital, web, email, social, and print. Translate campaign briefs into high-impact deliverables that align with strategic objectives and brand standards. Own day-to-day campaign build and deployment, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency. Partner with Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, and Regional teams to deliver cohesive programs.
Creative Design & Content Development: Develop visually compelling marketing assets (presentations, digital content, infographics, video concepts). Apply design thinking to elevate storytelling and user experience across touchpoints. Collaborate with technical writers and subject matter experts to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible, customer-centric content. Ensure brand consistency and high creative standards across deliverables.
AI-Enabled Marketing Execution: Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign delivery. Use AI to rapidly develop drafts, variations, and personalized content at scale. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and quality through AI-driven workflows. Partner with leadership to test and adopt emerging AI tools that enhance marketing performance.
Program & Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects and campaign deliverables with strong attention to timelines and detail. Coordinate cross-functional inputs and approvals to ensure on-time execution. Maintain clear visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies. Follow established workflows while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Digital & Campaign Operations: Build and deploy campaigns within marketing automation and digital platforms. Support optimization of campaign workflows and asset management processes. Ensure accuracy and quality in campaign setup, segmentation, and execution. Contribute to scalable campaign templates and repeatable execution models.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics and engagement data. Use insights to optimize creative, messaging, and channel performance. Support A/B testing and iterative campaign improvements. Apply a data-driven mindset to continuously improve results.
Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or creative marketing roles. Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Life sciences, biotechnology, or B2B industry experience preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation and digital campaign tools. Strong skills in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar). Experience using AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., generative AI for content/design, campaign optimization tools). Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, UX, and content strategy. Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling capabilities.

Benefits & Compensation Compensation: Estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $88,000-$127,000. Compensation decisions based on qualifications, location, internal equity, and market data.
Variable compensation and potential equity: Eligible for bonus/commission programs and may receive equity as part of the package.
