Role Overview
:The Digital Commerce Solution Engineer, is responsible for driving FCC's growth by architecting comprehensive solutions that integrate our headless retail tech stack, AI-driven pricing engines, and retail media monetization platforms. This role requires a deep-domain expert who moves beyond high-level orchestration to handle the granular solutioning required for enterprise clients, including detailed order capture flows, checkout orchestration, and complex ecosystem integrations. By providing this foundational expertise, you will lead the end-to-end RFP process and technical discovery with high autonomy, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically robust and commercially viable

Key Responsibilitie

s:Solution Engine er: Configure, Set up and propose customized solutions that weave together FCC's composable commerce architecture (Catalog, OMS, Seller Management), dynamic pricing algorithms, and retail media ad-tech to meet complex enterprise requirement

s.RFP Manageme nt: Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, including deep-dive requirement analysis, solution design, and technical proposal drafting and presentation with high independenc

e.Client Engageme nt: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of FCC's solution

s.Domain-Led Multi-Product Strate gy: Utilize deep e-commerce expertise to advise clients on performance considerations and technical trade-offs across the full stac

k.Cross-functional Collaborati on: Work closely with Product development, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of solutions with market needs and client expectation

s.Market Analys is: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform solution development and business strategie

Qualificatio

ns:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, or a related fie
