Description of Work
Lead Nebraska Football's player-development program and serve as the primary architect of each student-athlete's growth beyond on-field performance. Player development is the core of this role - life skills, professional and career readiness, leadership, and transition support. Within that mandate, own personal-brand strategy as a core component, helping players build durable, marketable, and authentic identities during and after their time at Nebraska. Work in close coordination with football operations, compliance, academic and performance staff, and any NIL entity, and support the program's media and communications efforts as appropriate. Weekend and evening hours required. Occasional travel during the season.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 3 years work and/or playing experience in college or professional football program or equivalent experience in player/athlete development or student-athlete services.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree preferred.
Player-development experience at the FBS / Power-conference level.
Background spanning both player development and brand/marketing.
Familiarity with NIL and personal-branding platforms and with tools such as Teamworks, ARMS, Hudl, and Microsoft Office.
