Web Designer

We’re looking for a Website Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with our clients to take their employer brand and turn it into a high-converting, beautiful digital experience.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of website development.

Design UX with empathy for job seekers, ensuring a career site is user‑friendly.

Make data‑informed decisions by analyzing click‑through rates and bounce rates.

Design inclusive experiences following WCAG web accessibility standards.

Communicate design rationale to external clients and guide stakeholders through the creative process.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects (experience with HR tech or career sites is a major plus).

Translate diverse client brand guidelines into polished, high‑fidelity web designs that resonate with specific candidate personas.

Design intuitive user interfaces and navigation paths that minimize friction in the job application process.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously for external clients, ensuring on‑time delivery without sacrificing quality.

Conduct design discovery sessions with customers to uncover their needs and translate them into functional web layouts.

Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across all devices and browsers.

Collaborate with technical implementation teams to ensure designs are feasible and executed accurately within a platform’s constraints.

Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback to reach a final, approved product.

Pay
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary by location. This role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan, role‑specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need. Primary Location: USA, AZ, Scottsdale. Base Pay: $91,200–$136,800 USD. Additional US Locations: $86,600–$154,000 USD.
