Amazon in San Francisco is seeking a Senior GTM/BD leader to scale the Oracle migration motion for AWS RDS for Oracle and Oracle Database. You will engage with DBAs, architects, and executives to articulate the business value of migrating off Oracle and to shape field enablement, pricing, and competitive positioning.
You will own the Oracle migration pipeline metrics, drive Created ARR and Launched ARR, monitor win rates, and translate field feedback into product/marketing improvements.
