Senior Director, Sales Operations & Growth Strategy

Cornerstone OnDemand in Seattle seeks an experienced sales operations leader to partner with the CRO for AMER sales. You will guide the AMER Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams through planning, forecasting and cadence, driving growth and process maturity.
You will manage a team delivering analytics, pipeline management, territory strategy, and incentive comp design across top markets, while collaborating with Finance, Marketing and Customer Success to optimize performance.
