UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for Go-to-Market hiring in the United States. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, partnering with hiring leaders to develop talent strategies and drive efficient, high-quality hires.
You will build and maintain strong pipelines, use data to influence decisions, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while mentoring peers and enabling continuous process improvements across Talent Acquisition.
