About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Development Officer and the SVP of Marketing and Communications. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between the Development Department, Marketing and Communications, the Office of the President, and Senior Leadership. This role requires a resourceful, organized, and technically proficient individual who can manage complex work streams with discretion and precision. Responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and supporting special projects. The Executive Assistant will also be involved in managing donor portfolios, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating team events.

Applicants for the Executive Assistant position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of executive administration or project management experience. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
