Position Summary

The Business Development Representative exists for one purpose: to generate profitable new business for PIRTEK Lubbock. This is a true hunter role focused on opening new accounts, creating qualified opportunities, and converting prospects into long‑term customers. This is not an account management, customer service, dispatch, or administrative position.
Mission

Generate profitable new business by identifying prospective customers, building relationships with decision‑makers, earning first service opportunities, and converting those opportunities into long‑term customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities

Prospect through cold calls, in‑person visits, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
Meet decision‑makers across the assigned territory.
Schedule and conduct appointments.
Promote the PIRTEK Lubbock Service Standard.
Generate quote opportunities and secure first service calls.
Document all prospecting activity in the CRM daily.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate smooth handoff to service and operations.

Dispatch or scheduling
Inventory management
Administrative office duties outside of CRM
General customer service
General office responsibilities
Compensation Philosophy

Commission‑only compensation based on Gross Profit generated from new business with uncapped earning potential.
