Compensation Annual base pay range: $67,000 – $81,000.

Paid Time Off Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Six paid holidays and up to four paid floating holidays are provided annually, subject to eligibility.
Summary The Marketing and Communications Specialist supports Towne’s marketing and communications strategy, building and protecting the company’s brand across internal and external stakeholders. The role designs and develops marketing content—including multimedia storytelling, case studies, web copy, and campaigns—while ensuring alignment with brand and messaging standards.
Reporting This role is part of the Marketing & Communications department and reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute creative projects, advertising, videos, and other marketing initiatives by developing content for various multimedia channels.
Assist in designing and writing content for social media, thought leadership, case studies, and multimedia storytelling deliverables.
Partner with external vendors to support the internal marketing portal, including fulfillment of print and promotional items and brand assets.
Develop creative assets, digital content, and campaigns that align with brand standards and strategic priorities for internal and external stakeholders.
