Remote Operations & Marketing Coordinator – Property Management | Must Reside and Work in PA, MD, VA or FL | Yardi Experience a Plus

Position Summary
The Operations & Marketing Coordinator supports leasing operations, property management systems, and marketing accuracy across the organization. This role helps ensure accurate data, consistent workflows, and a positive prospect-to-move-in experience by supporting system usage, leasing follow-up, marketing content accuracy, and routine reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain, audit, and evaluate data within property management and CRM systems, including prospects, applicants, residents, units, leases, and move-ins, to ensure accuracy and operational consistency. Work to identify data discrepancies, workflow gaps, missed follow-up opportunities, compliance concerns, and areas requiring corrective action.
Support leasing teams by evaluating and maintaining accurate availability, pricing, approved communication templates, leasing scripts, and follow-up processes to ensure alignment with company standards and leasing objectives.
Monitor and assess the prospect-to-move-in lifecycle from initial inquiry through lease execution and move-in completion, identifying process inefficiencies, delays, or inconsistencies that may impact conversion, compliance, or resident experience.
Provide system and software support to site teams by troubleshooting user issues, identifying trends, determining appropriate resolutions, and escalating complex or recurring concerns when additional support is required.
Contribute to system and process improvements by assessing software updates, workflow changes, training needs, and company-wide initiatives, while helping translate operational needs into practical implementation steps.
Maintain, review, and evaluate property listings and marketing content across websites, listing platforms, internet listing services, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with property positioning.
Review online listings and advertising for accuracy and effectiveness, including pricing, availability, amenities, photos, floor plans, and property descriptions, and identify updates needed to support leasing performance and brand integrity.
Monitor property-level marketing and branding consistency by reviewing content against approved messaging, presentation standards, and operational goals, while identifying opportunities for improvement or standardization.
Prepare and maintain leasing and marketing reports, including summaries of activity, conversions, availability, move-ins, and performance trends.
Support the Director of Property Management with reporting, data review, audits support, operational follow-up, special projects, and ongoing development of the role.
Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or coursework in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, leasing, property management, customer service, marketing support, or a related role.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
High attention to detail with sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong customer service skills and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable working in software systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, respect, and a positive, team-oriented approach.
Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to property management, leasing, real estate, housing, or multi-site operations.
Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, or leasing platforms (training provided).
Experience reviewing data or reports for accuracy, consistency, or basic trend identification.
Interest in operations, systems, process improvement, or marketing analytics.
Experience supporting marketing updates, online listings, or customer-facing materials.
Comfort working with reports, spreadsheets, or basic data tracking.
Interest in growing into expanded responsibilities within leasing operations or property management and marketing support.

Summary
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

(Fully remote positions do not require a driver's license, but valid ID will be required to complete the I-9 and for travel. Travel for this position is minimal. Travel may be required to attend an in-person meeting or event one or two times per year.)
