Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end design for nail, lash, and cosmetic packaging, ensuring factory-ready technical specifications;
Maintain a consistent visual style across all retail displays, digital marketing, and physical product labels;
Collaborate with marketing and manufacturing teams to turn product concepts into scalable production designs;
Lead the design team, manage project timelines, and coordinate with external vendors to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design or related, plus at least 5 years of work experience as a designer or related.
