Experience Rating & Refunds Lead — Analytics

The Standard is seeking a Manager, Experience Rating and Refunds to lead the ERR team and oversee experience reporting across systems, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will drive governance, controls, and process improvements while coordinating with stakeholders to align with contract provisions.
You will use Excel, Power BI, SAS, and Python to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
