Pitch journalists, editors, podcast bookers, producers, bloggers, and influencers directly on the beats you own
Build and grow personal media relationships across dating, lifestyle, business, consumer tech, and culture beats
Maintain personal media‑readiness: keep talking points current and be comfortable on camera and in audio
Respond to inbound media requests with speed and route information across the company

Complete media training as the company offers it
Member Casting & Storyteller Book
Run the day‑to‑day operations of the member casting book under management’s direction
Recruit members into the book continuously
Vet members for media‑readiness, brief them on outlet, journalist, angle, and message tracks before every press interaction
Match the right member to the right journalist request and coordinate availability inside hours
Manage all NDAs, consent forms, and post‑interview follow‑ups for member interviewees
Keep the casting book tagged, searchable, and current

Monitor daily media coverage using Muck Rack, Cision, Meltwater, Google Alerts, and similar tools
