Head of Customer Experience Design

Invitation Homes seeks a Lead, Design Architect – Customer Experience to own the customer-facing digital experience. You will lead design strategy across Website, Mobile App, Search, and Portal, co-owning with the Sr. Director of DXD. This role blends experience ownership, design architecture, research, and data fluency.
Expected to drive change with enterprise visibility, partnering with CX, Product, and Technology to improve tools and workflows used by customers daily.
