US Product Marketing Manager – TAVI
Location: Plymouth, MN.
Responsibilities Provide ongoing field support and focus on growing market awareness for TAVI and related disease states, including launching new products.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and be responsible for aspects of U.S. strategy implementation, including digital strategy and channel execution.
Measure success against sales and margin expectations, sales‑force competency/knowledge, and development of marketing programs that enhance field and customer experience.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of U.S. competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.
Contribute to annual marketing plans/strategies, including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT situation assessment.
Manage field device demo needs, track sales & patient resource utilization, and work with the communications manager to manage promotional collateral.
Take a leadership role on project teams, working closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.
Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new U.S. materials.
Partner with regulatory colleagues in the review and negotiation of materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance.
Drive delivery of sales, margin, and key performance metrics for TAVR products and respond promptly to senior‑management requests.
Required Qualifications Prior marketing experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related marketing or product‑management experience, preferably in TAVI/TAVR.
MBA with 1+ year of related experience is also considered.
Relevant downstream marketing experience.
Ability to travel 30% of the time.
Ability to understand technical and scientific information.
Ability to handle a fast‑paced working environment.
Substantial financial skills, market analysis, and advanced communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Willingness to understand and comply with regulatory requirements.
Ability to influence and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, and other functional areas to drive product sales.
Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Salary: $86,700.00 – $173,300.00
