In-House Sales Coordinator — Culligan of Chico

Full-Time | Monday–Friday Culligan of Chico is hiring a Sales Coordinator to play a vital role in our sales success — managing leads, booking appointments, and supporting customers from first contact through installation. This is a revenue-generating position that directly impacts every family, every day!
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads (portal, website, phone, referrals, campaigns); make outbound touches daily to book consultations and water tests
Follow up on unsold estimates; identify upsell/replacement opportunities; support the Outside Sales pipeline
Coordinate, optimize, and resolve customer scheduling conflicts for Outside Sales calendars.
Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and support reporting
KPIs
: outbound touches, lead response time, appointment conversion, follow-up completion, CRM accuracy, customer satisfaction
Required
: strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; professional phone etiquette; Google Suite/CRM proficiency; team-first attitude
Preferred
: inside sales, call center, CRM, or home services/water treatment experience
