Soccer Analytics & Player Performance Director

Fordham University in New York seeks a Director of Analytics and Player Performance for the men’s soccer program. Reporting to the Head Coach, this role builds and leads the program’s data infrastructure, guiding recruitment evaluation, opponent scouting, and performance analysis.
You will collaborate with sports science staff on workload and injury risk, manage transfer portal evaluations, and model roster needs to support data-informed decisions throughout the season.
