Responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a remote capacity, the full-time Search Consultant will generate direct hire revenue by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various roles while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
Lead client intake calls to understand needs and develop recruiting plans
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to meet production standards
Develop new business opportunities and maintain compliance with legal and company standards
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant business experience
Experience in full-cycle recruiting across various job levels
Proficiency in managing multiple recruiting resources and platforms
Ability to develop and implement business development strategies
Knowledge of legal compliance related to recruiting and placement
