We are seeking an Ads Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Ad Product Marketing team.
Responsibilities Lead the definition and development of go‑to‑market efforts for new ad product solutions and enhance existing offerings in partnership with cross‑functional stakeholders (product, sales, measurement, policy, marketing, etc.).
Be a trusted partner to both product and regional business teams, establishing a feedback loop that incorporates customer and market inputs to influence product development.
Influence product development through structured processes grounded in a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, agency/brand client needs, use cases, and research.
Develop marketing deliverables to support ad products in the market (e.g., external materials, demos, assets) that bring solutions to life in a succinct and exciting way.
Work across teams to align on and roll out ad solutions at tentpole events (e.g., CES, Upfront, Cannes).
Collaborate cross‑functionally (Comms, Ad Product, Marketing) to translate our ads portfolio strategy clearly to sales teams and customers.
Collaborate with research teams to include audience and industry insights that inform the development of new ad solution offerings and their positioning in the market.
Qualifications 7‑10+ years of experience in product marketing within the programmatic advertising and/or B2B advertising space.
Strong experience partnering cross‑functionally on product strategy, positioning, and GTM launches.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with comfort in interpreting research data.
Ability to collaborate in an environment that values team culture and inclusiveness.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to execute on near‑term business priorities while building a long‑term ad product marketing strategy.
Strategic vision coupled with strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver work under tight timelines.
High‑level understanding of product growth and strategic roadmap development.
Demonstrated ability to create detailed and actionable product briefs.
Attention to detail and a focus on using the 80/20 rule to address problems.
Knowledge of the ad‑supported streaming space and ad tech ecosystem is nice to have but not required.
Compensation Annual salary range: $240,000.00 - $362,000.00.
