Campus Desktop Support Student Windows 11 & Scheduling

East Carolina University’s ITCS Service Management Team on the Greenville, NC campus is seeking 3 student workers for the Desktop & Lab Support Team. You will reimage computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and schedule appointments to assist students and staff with IT needs.
Candidates must be current ECU students with a minimum GPA of 2.0, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Some IT experience preferred. Position is hourly student employment.
