CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to help us find, connect with, and attract great people.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people find opportunities where they can succeed. No recruiting experience is requiredwe'll teach the right person the industry.

What You'll Do

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels
Conduct phone interviews to learn about candidates' experience, goals, and career interests
Build relationships with job seekers and become a trusted resource throughout their job search
Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and goals
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure strong candidate-client alignment
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within our ATS
Support recruiting efforts across multiple industries and job types
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable spending time on the phone and talking with new people
Naturally curious and interested in learning about people and businesses
Goal-oriented and motivated by results
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Resilient and persistent when challenges arise
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills
Previous recruiting experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person who brings:
