Role Description

The Program Manager leads a cross-functional team to effectively and efficiently deliver high-quality Evergreen products across a portfolio. Ensuring transparency of project status from planning through development and delivery, the Program Manager oversees timelines, budgets, and resources. A driving force behind collaboration, the Program Manager will look for innovative solutions and provide coaching to promote continuous improvement while remaining aligned to the overall vision.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

Partner with the Portfolio Manager to develop and maintain program roadmaps, including scope definition and prioritization.

Create and manage iterative project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

Facilitate project meetings, remove roadblocks, and proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.

Monitor project milestones and performance using data-driven dashboards, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with consistent, transparent communication that promotes continuous improvement and successful delivery.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.

Leverage and champion AI-powered tools and workflows within the team, staying current on emerging capabilities and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Champion change initiatives by coaching and supporting team members through transitions, fostering adaptability and alignment across the organization.

Contribute to the evolution of project management standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or the ability to obtain PMP certification within one year of hire.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive projects to successful outcomes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Experience with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum experience and Agile certifications such as DASM, CSM, or PSM preferred) and proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.

Ability to travel 3-4 times annually.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is between $62,000 - $87,000 annually.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
