Ripple is hiring a Sales Director for the Americas to own and grow the OTC trading pipeline across spot, derivatives, and digital asset liquidity products. You will originate relationships with institutional FX desks, crypto-native funds, and other counterparties, driving full sales cycles from first outreach to successful closes.
You will work closely with Ripple’s trading desk, translate client needs into executable trades, and help shape pricing and product based on field feedback.
