About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Product Communications and Engagement. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the corporate affairs product communications strategy, with a focus on a specific therapeutic area. This role is pivotal in translating the corporate affairs vision into integrated communications that support various stages of product development and commercialization. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading a team that develops product narratives, engages with a range of stakeholders, and ensures that all communications are in line with the company's mission to serve patients. Key responsibilities include providing strategic counsel to senior leaders, leading integrated communications planning, and fostering a high-performing, innovative team culture.

Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with a significant amount of experience in product communications, including managerial experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate affairs or product communications for biopharmaceutical products, particularly in the areas of launch, commercialization, and lifecycle management. Executive-level experience, the ability to influence senior executives, and a strong partnership with media relations are essential. The role requires a leader who can inspire, accelerate, integrate, and adapt, and who is adept at using communication analytics and emerging technologies to optimize strategy and impact. The Executive Director will be a trusted advisor, with the executive presence and business acumen necessary to lead in a complex global organization.
