About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Brand Marketing and Reputation. This strategic and innovative leader will be responsible for advancing and protecting the company's reputation through integrated brand strategy, marketing, content, and storytelling. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary organization in corporate brand management, brand marketing, editorial strategy, content operations, and multimedia production. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of programs that strengthen trust, increase awareness, and enhance stakeholder engagement, with a focus on the company's position as a leading biotechnology firm. Key responsibilities include brand strategy and reputation, brand marketing and audience engagement, and leadership of a high-performing team.
Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 6 years' of experience in corporate communications, brand marketing, or related disciplines, and at least 6 years' of managerial experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise brand, marketing, reputation, and content organizations, and expertise in brand marketing, audience engagement, and integrated campaign development. Experience in highly regulated industries, particularly biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences, is preferred. The role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital publishing, content management, and emerging marketing technologies. The candidate should be adept at leading through change, fostering a culture of innovation, and championing talent development.
