Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Proposal Coordinator with 3–5+ years of experience supporting transportation infrastructure pursuits. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating, developing, and delivering compelling proposals for FDOT, local governments, and other public agencies.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple deadlines, collaborating with technical teams, and producing polished, compliant proposal packages from start to finish.

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of proposal coordination or marketing experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry

Strong experience supporting transportation infrastructure pursuits, including FDOT and local government proposals

Demonstrated experience preparing and coordinating:

Letters of Response (LORs)

Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
