Program Director, Reentry & Partnerships — Hybrid Work

Center for Improving Youth Justice (CIYJ) is seeking a Program Director for BEACON in Massachusetts to lead day-to-day operations from pre-release enrollment through community reintegration. You will build and manage the network of correctional, residential, probation, educational, employer, and community partners that makes the model work.
This hands-on role includes enrolling and tracking youth, coordinating with facilities and probation, and ensuring partner commitments are executed.
