Collaborating closely with creative teams, the full-time Senior Art Director will conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for digital and social campaigns, while managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities

Develop and execute insight-driven creative concepts alongside a writing partner, exceeding client expectations
Establish and maintain positive client relationships, becoming an expert on brand culture and expectations
Collaborate with Design and Motion teams to refine processes and elevate overall work quality

Required qualifications

4+ years of experience in a creative agency or production company across various campaign types
Hands-on design experience with the ability to provide pixel-perfect feedback to team members
Strong portfolio showcasing solutions to complex marketing challenges, particularly in digital and social-first projects
Familiarity with motion graphics and the ability to collaborate effectively with motion designers
Experience working with tech brands or well-recognized domestic/international brands is a plus
