Production Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production line equipment (filling, labeling, packaging, moving material, lifting) - Ensure product meets quality standards and specifications - Perform line changeovers and minor equipment adjustments - Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues - Maintain compliance with safety regulations and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) - Complete production documentation accurately (logs, reports, checksheets) - Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area (sanitation standards) - Assist with preventative maintenance activities as needed - Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Requirements for Production:

- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting - Strong attention to detail and quality focus - Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and overtime) - Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, and humidity - Ability to frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Operar y monitorear equipos de la lnea de produccin (llenado, etiquetado, empaque, moviendo matierial) - Asegurar que el producto cumpla con los estndares y especificaciones de calidad - Realizar cambios de lnea y ajustes menores en la maquinaria - Identificar y resolver problemas mecnicos u operativos - Cumplir con regulaciones de seguridad y estndares de inocuidad alimentaria (GMP, HACCP) - Completar documentacin de produccin de manera precisa (registros, reportes, listas de verificacin) - Mantener la limpieza de equipos y reas de trabajo (estndares de saneamiento) - Apoyar en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo cuando sea necesario - Colaborar con el equipo y supervisores para cumplir los objetivos de produccin
Requisitos:
- 1+ ao de experiencia en manufactura, produccin o almacn (preferido) - Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinmico y de ritmo rpido - Atencin al detalle y enfoque en calidad - Aptitud mecnica bsica y habilidades de resolucin de problemas - Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos flexibles (noches, fines de semana y horas extra) - Capacidad para estar de pie y caminar por perodos prolongados - Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras regularmente - Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente con variaciones de temperatura, ruido y humedad - Movimientos frecuentes como agacharse, estirarse y tareas repetitivas
