Long-Term YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

Job Title

This is a remote position. We are looking for a talented and reliable thumbnail designer to join our team long-term for a Personal Finance and Investing YouTube channel.
Responsibilities:
Design 2–3 YouTube thumbnails per week
Create visually appealing and clickable thumbnail concepts
Follow instructions and brand guidelines provided by our team
Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members
Complete assignments on time
Make revisions when necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience designing thumbnails for animation or faceless YouTube channels
A strong understanding of YouTube thumbnail design and viewer psychology
Ability to create clean, professional, and attention-grabbing designs
Comfortable working with a team
Reliable, responsive, and open to feedback
Must provide examples of previous thumbnail work
Our team will provide everything you need, including video topics, titles, scripts, references, branding materials, and design instructions. Payment $48 for 12 thumbnails. Bonuses are available for high-quality work and strong performance. Opportunities for raises and long-term growth.
