The suite of CST technologies is quickly becoming the standard of care in spine surgery through our AiBLETM ecosystem.We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Manager to join the Power & Energy Marketing Team which drives multiple critical brands in the CST product portfolio, including Midas RexTM, AquamantysTM, PlasmaBladeTM X., RadiaLuxTM and other OEM products. Join a high-performing marketing team that is poised to drive meaningful growth in these market leading technologies that have broad clinical use including cranial, spinal, ENT, orthopedic, breast, surgical oncology and other surgical procedures and are highly differentiated and recognized by customers globally. This role is critical in working cross-functionally within marketing, sales, medical education, market analytics, demand planning and other internal functional partners to drive awareness, adoption and advocacy for the products available in the market today, as well as future product iterations.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.* Manage downstream marketing projects including promotion, market analysis, and commercialization.* Partner closely with clinical, health economics and reimbursement, and regulatory partners to develop marketing materials for sales execution.* Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share.* Manage campaign development, execute across channels like paid, social and email.
