The Role:
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Channel Marketing Coordinator to join our North America team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and is passionate about helping sales teams win. You'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing programs that drive sales growth across professional dealers, independent distributors and wholesale partners throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and promotional calendars for the PRO and Independent Channel
- Partner with Sales to build initiatives that increase sell-in and sell-through
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns including flyers, rebate programs, digital campaigns and merchandising assets
- Lead planning and execution of national and regional trade shows and distributor events
- Coordinate sales collateral including catalogues, brochures, sell sheets, digital assets and POS signage
- Lead the annual catalogue development process from concept through production
- Manage creative projects with designers, printers, agencies and external suppliers
- Support the sales organisation with customer presentations and promotional planning
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations
What we're looking for:
- 3–7 years' experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing or Marketing Communications
- Experience supporting B2B sales organisations and working with distributors, wholesalers or dealer networks
- Construction, industrial, hardware, building materials or consumer durable goods experience a strong asset
- Strong project management, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solver with a customer-first mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Adobe Creative Suite or marketing automation platform experience an asset
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% across North America
