Lead Director Talent Development

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to design and manage enterprise talent management processes, including Succession Planning, Talent Assessment, and Performance Management.
The role will partner with ET&D and HR to align OD initiatives with business strategy, lead emerging leaders programs, measure program impact, and drive change across the organization. Occasional travel up to two weeks at a time is required.
