Our client is recruiting for German speaking Product Support Advisers in Athens for theirLuxurious Jewelry Brand project!
The Job.

As a jewelry ambassador, you will:
Provide professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails
Answer and solve eCommerce client’s requests
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e., order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud order and returns)
Inform customers about new offers and products
Guarantee client’s satisfaction and high level of quality
Ensure and participate in the success of the department
The Profile.

For this role, the Company is looking for professional and friendly individuals with empathy and the ability to multitask.
You are a native German speaker with excellent English
You are customer and quality oriented
You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
You are punctual, reliable and flexible
You enjoy working in a multicultural environment, along with people from all over the world

A full-time job, 40 hours a week
