Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Lombard, IL
Pay: $110,000 - 125,000

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience within a consumer products or branded consumer environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, and website management.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and using data
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
- Drive product launches and promotional initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Develop social media and content strategies that strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and optimize initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Ecommerce, and Consumer Services to ensure alignment on business priorities and marketing initiatives.
