Marketing Manager

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive marketing experience within a consumer products or branded consumer environment.
Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, and website management.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and using data
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
Drive product launches and promotional initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Develop social media and content strategies that strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and optimize initiatives to maximize ROI.
Partner with Sales, Product Management, Ecommerce, and Consumer Services to ensure alignment on business priorities and marketing initiatives.
