You love the details, file names, specs, color profiles, bleeds, versions, all of it. When something goes to a media partner or print vendor, you want it buttoned-up, on spec, and on time.
At Zimmerman Agency, weere looking for a Studio Designer with strong technical and production design skills to be a key part of our creative process.
What youell do

Prepare and finalize production-ready files for print, OOH, digital, and social
Handle pre-press tasks: setting up bleeds, crops, color profiles, imposition needs, and printer requirements
Version, resize, and adapt existing designs across multiple formats and specs
Ensure all deliverables meet technical requirements for print shops, media partners, and digital platforms
Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and version control
Collaborate closely with the design and creative teams to ensure work is accurate, consistent, and on-brand
Perform quality control checks on files before they go out the door
Problem-solve with vendors and internal teams when specs change or issues arise
What you bring

Strong abilities in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat for pre-press checks)
Solid understanding of:
Pre-press and print production (CMYK vs RGB, resolution, bleeds, safety, etc.)
Digital file prep for web and social (sizes, formats, compression, platform specs)
Detail-obsessed and highly organized, you take pride in clean files and tight workflows
Comfortable working with templates, guidelines, and brand systems
Accountable and reliable, deadlines matter and you dont let things slip
Strong communicator who can work with designers, project managers, and vendors to get files right
