I'm partnering with an innovative company that's preparing to launch a brand-new business in the

Ultra Pure Water (UPW)

industry, and they're looking for their

first commercial hire .
This isn't a role where you're stepping into an established territory - it's an opportunity to build the commercial strategy from the ground up and have a direct impact on the company's growth.
What you'll own:
Build and execute the company's go-to-market strategy
Generate new business and develop key customer relationships
Secure distribution partnerships and strategic sales channels
Help shape the company's brand and commercial presence
Lead outsourced marketing partners while remaining sales-focused
We're looking for someone with:
Strong B2B sales or commercial leadership experience
A proven track record of driving revenue growth
Experience in Ultra Pure Water or a related industry (industrial water, specialty chemicals, laboratory supplies, scientific products, etc.)
An entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build something from the ground up
Compensation:
Commission starts with the first sale
Long-term profit interest/equity potential
Location:

Anywhere in Texas (travel throughout the state)
