To support a growing portfolio of projects, the part-time UX Content Designer will collaborate with cross-functional partners to create compelling seller-facing content, including UX design, in-app messaging, and educational materials, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Drive the content strategy for fulfillment products by managing seller-facing messaging and educational content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on content deliverables and timelines while ensuring quality and user-friendliness
Independently develop content requirements and manage personal workload, influencing the broader content team roadmap
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, English, communications, writing, or a related area
3 years of experience in UI/UX content design, communications, or content strategy
Strong understanding of content strategy and UX best practices
Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office, Figma, Airtable, Jira, and Asana
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
