Role Description
The Group Product Manager for Concrete Products will manage the short- and long-term P&L of the product line, increase the working capital turns of the portfolio, expand the business with new products, and lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Development Process.
Develop category’s product strategies to meet or exceed the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Identify necessary projects to execute the strategy for product lines within their responsibility.
Partner with international teams to identify high impact opportunities to drive growth globally.
Understand market trends to ensure product strategy aligns with customer needs; develop and execute product roadmap.
Develop and deliver operating plan for assigned portfolio.
Track, forecast, and present new product financial performance monthly.
Lead development of product roadmaps based on product strategies, NPD program financials, and channel strategies.
Conduct regular VOC visits to understand target market segments, end user needs, and pain points for the product portfolio.
Responsible for NPD programs from ideation to commercialization.
Ensure delivery of winning new products through end-user focused market requirements, aligned business case, design trade-off management, succinct end user messaging, and price positioning for optimal profitability.
Validate Product CTQs, Testing & Claims with End Users.
Effectively communicate to external audiences the product differentiation, product positioning, and value proposition.
Identify and execute plans to deliver productivity in the category to remain competitive without sacrificing customer valued product features.
Ensure processes are followed to successfully develop new products and deliver on time to commitment dates.
Develop brand and product positioning strategy by product line, including target financial profitability objectives.
Manage, develop, and mentor a team of Product Managers to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of Product Management experience.
3+ years of management experience.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a matrix environment.
Strong project management skills.
Domestic/International travel required (15%).
Preferred Qualifications
Consumer products experience.
Experience working directly with retailers or other large customers.
Experience working for a large global company.
Experience working in a matrixed reporting structure.
Experience conducting primary consumer research.

Salary Information
The Salary range for this position is $95,600.00 - $153,900.00. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and in compliance with local wage requirements.
