Framing Production Technician

We are seeking framing production technicians for an established company in the Jacksonville, FL area who will be assembling solar panels in an environment controlled, manufacturing facility.
Nightshift: 6pm to 6am
Rotating Shift: 2 days on/ 2 days off/ 3 days on/ 2 days off/ 2 days on/ 3 days off
Pay - $20.25/hr
Job duties of the assembly tech include:
Operate and load the machine
Achieve production daily output target
Monitor the smooth production process, operate soldering irons
Ensure that quality product is produced
Requirements of the assembly tech:
Excellent attention to detail
A stable job history
Willingness to learn
Reliable transportation
Good attitude
Sense of urgency
