Food Packing Production Worker
A Food Packing Production Worker is responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing food products for shipment while following company quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The role involves working on a production line to ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Pack food products according to company standards and production schedules.
Inspect products for quality and remove damaged or defective items.
Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipping.
Operate and monitor packing equipment safely.
Keep the work area clean and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety regulations.
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials when required.
Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food manufacturing or packing is an advantage.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 2550 lbs (1123 kg), depending on the job.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
