What Youll Do
* Perform ongoing facility maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and minor repairs
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and building systems
* Execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend
* equipment lifespan
* Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues
* Maintain and repair production equipment, tools, and appliances
* Coordinate and oversee outside contractors as needed
* Identify and report safety, maintenance, or operational risks promptly
Sanitation & Compliance
Clean and sanitize cultivation and production areas, including floors, walls, workstations,
and equipment
Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation SOPs to maintain
product safety
Safely mix, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
Maintain cleaning logs, maintenance records, work orders, and compliance
documentation
Ensure proper waste disposal and organized, hazard-free workspaces
Adhere to all company PPE, hygiene, and safety standards

Operational Support
Support production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environments
Maintain tools, equipment inventory, and accurate service documentation

What Youll Bring
Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, sanitation, or manufacturing
environments required
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Experience in GMP or regulated production environments preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures consistently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periods
Comfortable working in cultivation and production areas with plant material and strong
odors
Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Must have majority of own tools and reliable transportation
