Well Go titles can be seen across a variety of platforms, including in theaters, on-demand, via DVD and Blu-ray and on television, as well as on mobile and connected devices through martial arts action channel Hi-YAH!.
Role Summary
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to create key art, packaging, and marketing materials that bring our films to audiences across theatrical, home entertainment, and digital platforms. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop designs that capture the tone and energy of our titles — from martial arts and horror to anime and arthouse cinema.
Key Responsibilities
Design key art, poster art, and packaging for theatrical and home entertainment releases (Blu-ray/DVD/digital), using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator to create high-impact packaging materials
Create layout and design for marketing and promotional materials, including digital/social assets, flyers, brochures, catalogs, and web banners
Develop and maintain consistent branding across the Well Go USA catalog, including redrawing logos and graphics as needed
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to concept and execute designs on tight release schedules
Manage multiple, concurrent projects at different stages, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
Prepare print-ready files, including color separations for screen printing, and coordinate with vendors as needed
Create basic web design and post design links online for review
Maintain an organized digital archive of design files and assets

Qualifications
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Portfolio required for application submission
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience preferred; recent grads with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign; After Effects or basic motion/video skills a plus
Passion for foreign and indie filmmaking, specifically genre films like action, horror, martial arts, etc.
Follows current trends in pop culture, including movies, music, art, and design
Strong understanding of typography and branding
Ability to meet daily deadlines
Detail-oriented and a strong proofreader
Communicates and works well with teammates
Receives constructive feedback with professionalism and grace
