Review, approve, and schedule all vendor-provided social media assets before publication.
Coordinate campaign timing and messaging to ensure alignment across all platforms.

Work with the Google team on Performance Max (PMAX), YouTube advertising, audience targeting, and campaign execution.
Monitor advertising performance, analyze campaign metrics, and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Coordinate creative asset delivery and ensure advertising materials meet platform specifications and campaign deadlines.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Email Marketing
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote new releases, Hi-YAH! Originals, programming updates, and special promotions.

Foster community engagement and identify opportunities to increase audience interaction.
Content Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm Dojo content and other original programming.
Develop ideas for social-first content, promotional campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives.
Identify trending topics and opportunities to increase organic reach.
YouTube Management
Manage the Hi-YAH! YouTube channel and publishing schedule.
Optimize videos for search (SEO), discoverability, and audience retention.
Ensure videos, playlists, thumbnails, descriptions, and metadata follow YouTube best practices.
Develop concepts for long-form YouTube programming and recurring series.
Support paid promotion and boosting of video content to maximize views and subscriber growth.
Monitor YouTube analytics and recommend strategies to improve watch time, engagement, and channel performance.
What We're Looking For

Entry-level role — less than 1 year of professional experience is expected. Recent graduates and candidates with relevant internship, coursework, or personal-project experience in social media or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Exposure to social media scheduling and publishing tools and platform-native analytics (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube), whether through an internship, coursework, campus organization, or personal content creation.
Interest in paid digital advertising platforms — Google Ads/Performance Max, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, or CTV — and a willingness to learn campaign reporting and optimization on the job.
Basic familiarity with email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar) is a plus; training will be provided.
Interest in YouTube channel management and SEO fundamentals, including metadata, thumbnails, and playlist strategy.
