Regional Commercial Sales Executive - Institutional Buyers

Floor & Decor is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive outside commercial sales to mid‑sized and large institutional buyers. You will generate leads, procure clients, and manage commercial jobs, coordinating with the Inside Commercial Sales team and the Commercial Support Center.
Daily travel, strong prospecting, and a proven outside sales record are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com and knowledge of the local market are highly valued.
