Seeking a dedicated Lead Web Application Developer, the full-time remote position will manage a variety of projects including SaaS products and eCommerce sites, while architecting backend tools and mentoring team members.

Keeps the team focused on objectives and resolves arising issues
Architects and plans applications and features throughout the project lifecycle
Interacts with clients to determine project needs and develop effective solutions
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in a lead developer/team lead role
4+ years of experience with PHP and JavaScript (preferably with a framework like Vue.js or React)
4+ years of experience with Laravel and application design/architecture
Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, and database architecture
Bachelor's degree preferred
